At The Fleece Company, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase. If your home textiles aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package With Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the fabric remains in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
